Marinaded Flank Steak
¾ cup maple syrup
½ cup soy sauce
¼ cup vinegar
2 tsp dry coleman’s mustard
1 tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
1 clove garlic
1 ½ to 2 pound Flank Steak
Combine all the ingredients together to make a marinade. Marinade the flank steak overnight in a bag or a sealable container. Grill for ½ hour on medium high heat for medium rare. Slice against the grain.
