The Perfect Prime Rib Roast December 09 2011

 

Leave your Prime Rib Roast out 1 hour before cooking time. Rub with a little olive oil, fresh minced garlic, kosher salt and cracked pepper (can also substitute our buckeye steak rub). Cook bone side down and fat side up. Pre-heat the oven to 450 degrees and cook for 15 minutes at the high temperature. Then change the temp. to 325 and cook for these times
