Bleu Pepper Chicken June 05 2012

 

4- 6oz Chicken Breast Filets

3 tablespoons of Bleu Cheese

3 tablespoon of Catullo’s Hot Peppers in Oil

2 tablespoon of Oil from Hot Peppers

Catullo’s Buckeye Butcher Rub

 

Take one of the Chicken Breast Filets and stuff it with 1 tablespoon of Bleu Cheese and 1 tablespoon of Catullo’s Hot Peppers in Oil. Roll the Chicken Breast Filet with the Bleu Cheese and Hot Peppers inside it. After you roll the Chicken Breast, stick two toothpicks on each end to hold it together. Rub it with oil from the Hot Peppers and coat the chicken with Catullo’s Buckeye Butcher Rub.

Pan Sear:  Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Drizzle a little olive oil on the pan. Turn the heat up to a medium high heat and give each side of the chicken a nice sear. After put the chicken into the over for 15-20 minutes. Then it’s done!

Grilling:  Preheat grill to Medium-High Heat.  Sear all sides of chicken, 2 minutes per side.  Turn grill heat down to medium and flip the chicken every 4 to 5 minutes for 15-20 minutes.  LEAVE THE GRILL LID OPEN THE ENTIRE TIME!
