Grilled Salmon Vinaigrette
Ingredients:
½ cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
¼ cup Red Wine Vinegar
¼ tsp Cayenne Pepper
2 cloves Garlic, chopped
1 tbsp Honey Mustard
Sea Salt and Black Pepper to taste
(2) 8oz pcs Salmon
Instructions:
Combine above ingredients (minus the salt and pepper) in food processor and blend together for 10 to 15 seconds (or whisk briskly for 30 seconds). Marinade Salmon for at least 15 minutes. Preheat grill to med/high heat. Place Salmon on a soaked cedar plank, greased grill pan, or greased foil. Grill 3 to 4 minutes per side, brushing the salmon with the marinade every 2 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste. Goes great over a bed of lemon rice, or a fresh tossed salad.
