Ingredients: ½ or whole Leg of Lamb (butterflied) Fresh clean and peeled garlic Salt and Pepper (or Youngstown Butcher Rub - our preference) Olive Oil   Preperation: Cut slits into the lamb and place the fresh garlic. Rub with a tiny amount of olive oil. Season with salt and pepper (or Youngstown Rub) Grill on medium heat; 45-50 minutes for half leg,, 1 ½ hours for a whole. This is a easy and fast way to enjoy Lamb for the Summer!
