8oz-10oz Maine Lobster Tail deshelled 2 Tablespoons of butter 1 lime/lemon 2 cloves garlic minced 1 Local Tomato chopped 3 Strips of Country Cured Bacon Local Lettuce 2 slices of Fresh Old World Bread  Simmer a tablespoon of water while slowly adding the butter gradually using a whisk.
