Potatoes Olive Oil Balsamic Vinegar Parmigiano Reggiano (grated) Kosher Salt Granulated Garlic Freshly ground black pepper   Sliced the potatoes a quarter inch thick. Using a mixture of ½ olive oil and ½ balsamic vinegar, marinade the potatoes for 2-4 hours. Sprinkle the salt, garlic and pepper on each side of the potatoes. Grill on medium low heat till both sides are lighly browned. After done sprinkle with freshly grated Parmigiano and enjoy.
