Dressing the Roll: Dress the Rolls as you would a turkey. Leave the cooking net on, 4-6 tablespoons of butter, 4 cups of turkey or chicken broth/stock. Asiago and Spinach Meatballs, Turkey -

1# Ground Turkey 8 oz Asiago 8 oz Spinach 4 oz Bread crumbs tsp Salt tsp Pepper tsp Gran Garlic Combine everything in a large bowl, and mix together with hands. Roll to whatever size ball you wish. Place on cooking tray and bake at 325 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
