Hungarian paprika with a touch of fresh garlic give our double smoked bacon a flavor boost. Great fried on skillet, or roasted over the fire "spec" style with the dripping caught over rye bread. It's sliced unless you want us to leave it in a piece for you (just let us know in the instructions).
