What is a bone and tuck?: It's the process of cutting around the bone to loosen it, and then tucking it back in so that you can cook your ham with the bone in and retain all that delicious flavor, and when you're done just pop it out to slice the ham down easily.
Directions are included to make your life easier. Figure a pound per person if there is no other meat. That is, of course, unless you want leftovers.
