Sweet - Our best seller. Traditional Italian sausage made with fennel, coriander, and Italian seasoning. Mild flavor.
Medium - Similar to our sweet sausage, but with a hint of heat.
Extra Hot - Our hottest sausage, and a favorite among spice lovers. Italian sausage with a kick.
Festival- Double coarse ground, black pepper, garlic, salt, fennel, corriander, papparika and hot pepper seeds all season our all natural pork. The old school sausage stands at church festivals loved this favorite of my grandfathers.
